Supportive, budget-friendly care for your scheduled C-section, including prenatal prep, hospital-day support, and early postpartum guidance.
Planned C-Section – Basic Package
CAD 800 +HST
Affordable, supportive care for every birthing parent, ensuring financial constraints don’t hinder your path to perinatal wellness. Ideal for scheduled C-sections, high risk pregnancies, and single parents who require the assistance of a perinatal professional who will stay with you every step of your procedure.
- One in-person prenatal visit. C-section preparation class, hospital bag checklist, postpartum recovery guide and postpartum planner, Newborn sleep guide.
- Day-off support at the hospital starts 1 hour before your procedure and up to three hours after birth ( Initiation of breastfeeding, skin-to-skin, and getting you settle for your night at the hospital.
- On-call support begins at week 34 of pregnancy, with unlimited virtual access available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, continuing through to week 6 postpartum.
- Includes one postpartum visit (2 hours) and 15% off 1:1 packages with The Sleep Consultant That Could, our pediatric sleep education service.
Planned C-Section – Premium Package

All-inclusive, flexible care for every birthing parent, offering extended support through your C-section and postpartum recovery. Ideal for those needing added help in the early weeks, with overnight care and expert feeding support. Designed to ensure you feel confident, rested, and fully supported every step of the way.
- All of the Essential package is included.
- 24 hours of postpartum day or overnight support, to be used within the first 12 weeks after birth (care can begin at the hospital).
- Two at-home visits with a Lactation Consultant (one 90-minute and one 60-minute session).
- 25% off 1:1 packages with The Sleep Consultant That Could, our pediatric sleep education service.
